I like these B complex vitamins because they have the B complex I wanted yet the tables are fairly small and easy to swallow.

I often use vitamin supplements to keep my immune system in a good shape. B-complex vitamins are especially good since B group is boosting your mental performance. It is however very important to make sure you are not taking too many vitamins cause sometimes it can lead to bad consequences. Any combination these vitamins with others need a careful inspection or an advice from a physician.Stay healthy!

Do not buy multiples of these!These are tablets, not capsule or gel-caps, and B-Complex vitamins breakdown very quickly, especially when exposed directly to air, so I would not recommend purchasing more than one bottle of these at a time.Otherwise, they are of good quality, though I would choose a capsule in the future.
