We wanted to change the color of two of our three vinyl-covered kitchen stools from orange to teal. (Used the Preparer and then 5 parts Turquoise, 1 part Dark Brown and finished with the Matte Finisher.) We're happy with the results! With a few reservations...ProsBeautiful color and adhesion. Super easy. No cracks. Never comes off on clothes (I worried!).ConsThe finish still is shiny, not matte as you can see the difference in the orange (old) and teal (new). The surface is a bit stickier than before and has only improved slightly over the six months we've tested out.Note that we also applied a leather conditioner over it at the end because we read on the Angelus site that this can help that tacky feeling and it may have helped a little. If I had to do it all over again, I definitely would, but I'd wait a good few days between coats to see if that helped the overall tacky texture (not sure it would). The color is exactly what we wanted in the kitchen and the old orange one is in the office now.

This works great for reviving a faux leather couch. I have a leather couch that shoe polish works to keep it new, but that doesn't work well with our family room faux leather reclining couches. This Angelus paint disguises the areas that get used alot so the couches will now make it a few more years before we need to replace!

Great color makes boots look like new if they are cloth like also easy to apply. Paint seems permanent! Easy to reapply too

I love this leather paint. My daughter gave me a recliner that had a lot of scuff marks from her dogs and the regular wear and tear. Applied this and it looks good as new. My only downfall is I should’ve bought one with an applicator, I use this one with paper towel. I would’ve liked the applicator better.

I am a very happy customer. I have purchased a number of paints for my couches and none ever stay. This paint works great!!! The color dries quickly and looks great. It made my couch go from a curb side couch to a new couch!I cleaned the couch first before putting any product on it and used a sponge for even distribution. I do have two German shorthaired pointers and they are always on the couch, so my couches were bad!! I do clean them once every week. I will show some before and after. Don’t get the cream paints. Those don’t last and will fade.

easy to use seems to to adhere well but only time will tell

Saved my porch dining chairs for at least another season. They were flaking badly and became embarrassing. Little bottle covered all 4 chairs (3 coats) and was easy to apply. Does it look new....no.... but came very close. Blended so well most visitors can't tell. One of the chairs that I use most is finally starting to show signs of wear and I will recoat at end of season. For under $10, money will spent. (Note: I did mix a small amount of black with dark brown to get the perfect match for the color of my chairs. We also applied the finisher as recommended. Total cost for brown, black, and finisher-about $30 but have enough to do more. Excellent coverage)

This stuff is really good! I bought it for some costume boots that were way too bright of red. I'm not even sure what they were made of but it was some sort of fake leather or vinyl or something. I used deglazer first and then very thin coats of the paint (diluted with water). It beaded up a bit on the surface, but it dried fairly evenly with only a few splotches. A second coat evened everything out, and more thin coats would probably help even more.Oh, and as a lot of other reviews mentioned, a little goes a long way! I did a test on the inside flat of the boots and just a single dip of paint with a cotton dauber did the entire surface with plenty to spare. It's crazy how far a little bit of the paint goes.
