DEWALT Angle Grinder, One-Touch Guard, 4-1/2 -Inch (DWE4011)

Dewalt brand tools are the best one to use out there.

Maan this little machine is stronger than it's size and specs would suggest!! I use it to cut and grind metal all day long and it is holding up wonerdfully!! I just bought a second to save time between changing wheels and went with the 11k amp and am wondering if I made the right choice!! The size and weight of this one is perfect and the 11k amp is heavier and a bit clunky!! Dewalt makes a very trustworthy tool, my only wish is that they would add a auto break stop like Milwaukee uses!! My coworker uses Milwaukee and that break stop is a great feature!!

This replaces my 30 year old DeWalt. Obviously I like Dewalt. I have 2 gripes about this one. It gets a lot hotter during use than my old one and another brand I own as well. The other gripe is the way you secure the blades/grinding wheels. It uses an Allen wrench. That's well and good except there are 4 holes in the securing nut and 2 accept the wrench but the other 2 don't. And even in bright sunlight it's hard to see the difference. So you end up fumbling around trying each hole until you hit the right one. Why not have all 4 holes accept the wrench.

Well packaged and arrived well ahead of schedule. Works just as intended. Very satisfied so far.

I had burned out two cheap angle grinders and one where I couldn’t even get the grinding disc off so decided to spend the money on a good angle grinder. I am not disappointed. This has good power, is easer to change discs, has a movable shield, and is Dewalt sturdy.
