This shampoo does not have a strong smell, rinses clea, & gives life to my thin hair.

I am always on the lookout for a shampoo that will help improve the health and appearance of my hair. This is my first time trying a product from the Brazilian Blowout line.I have long, fine hair that is below shoulder length. I tend to have dry ends with oily roots. Finding a shampoo that balances everything out can be tricky!This shampoo has a nice, light, fresh, somewhat citrusy fragrance. It isn't overly strong so if you like heavily perfumed shampoos, this definitely isn't it. I thought the scent was wonderful!I am picky about shampoo because I want something that rinses easily and completely. I want my hair to feel CLEAN after shampooing. I am okay with something that moisturizes but it cannot leave my hair feeling slick or coated. Unfortunately, this shampoo was a bit hard to rinse and didn't leave my hair feeling super clean after rinsing. It was so moisturizing that I didn't even need to use a conditioner afterwards.It did a good job taming my frizz and flyaways (I did like that) but left my hair looking totally flat and volume free. My roots got oilier quicker than usual and my scalp just felt oily and coated.I honestly think this shampoo would work better for someone with super dry hair that needs A LOT of moisture in their shampoo!

I honestly don't know what anti-aging shampoo is supposed to do, but I love how my hair feels after I use this. Actually, I love how it feels WHILE I'm using this. As soon as I apply it in the shower, my hair already feels smooth. This has a good lather and once I rinse it, my hair just feels silky. I have not ever used a shampoo like this before. It feels so nice.The scent reminds me of fruity pebbles? It smells so good and that's the first thing that came to mind!I have very long, medium thick hair. It tends to get oily, so while it's a pain to wash it too often, I have to. A couple of times, my hair has come out a bit oily after washing it. I'm not sure if it's the shampoo that was too moisturizing, or maybe the combination with the conditioner. So when that happens, that is annoying and I have to wash it again sooner. But it's only happened a couple of times and for the most part, my hair feels amazing once I dry it.I typically have to rinse at least three times, so this bottle won't last me a long time. At the current $36 price point, that's a bit hard to swallow. I have tried the conditioner with this, and it's nice as well, but if I'm going to splurge, it will definitely be on the shampoo.

My wife wrote this review:The first thing I noticed is this smells so familiar! Is it Satsuma? I can't tell, but I think so. It's a very refreshing and bright scent of citrus. I'm pretty sure. Whatever it is, it smells amazing and not perfume-y or floral. Loving this!The shampoo is nice and creamy. I always use a little and rub between the palms of my hands to form a lather and then apply to wet hair, shampoo, and rinse, and then do it again. The second time you will get some lather on your hair.It rinses clean and left no residue behind and my hair smelled wonderful and dried soft to the touch.It's made in the USA and not tested on animals, which is huge for me.

Brazilian Blowout Anti-Aging shampoo has a bit of a creamsicle scent to it that it subtle and nice. Not perfumy at all which I appreciate. This shampoo when combined with the conditioner, helps extend my blowouts by an extra day or two. Even living down south, my hair stays frizz free which isn’t easy. This is a bit pricy, but I feel like it is most definitely worth it for silky smooth hair that stays frizz free for days:I will definitely continue to use this! Works best when combined with other Brazilian blowout products but not necessary.

I ordered the shampoo and conditioner and only got the shampoo. Very disappointed
