For those with tooth pain (even unbearable), this is no "cure" but it WILL allow for the suffering to potentially end/be lowered until you can make it to the dentist (which sometimes refuses to treat emergencies as emergencies).The most important tips I can think of for using:- Make sure the area is clean, but not "scrubbed sore", so a light thorough brushing, gentle flossing, and rinsed thoroughly with cold water.- Using gloves is not required, but I find it helpful because it helps avoid bacteria but also the wax-y substance rolls off more easily from latex and therefore applies better to the tooth area.- Sometimes using more than you think is better--for really bad infections I like to just use a nice chunk that I can "smash" onto the tooth almost covering it and a tiny portion of the gumline, but for just missing fillings you can try to just replace the filling area.- THE KEY TO ITS DURABILITY IS NOT GETTING IT WET! Water turns the INITIAL substance into goop, so your hands have to be dry the area has to be dry, everything has to be dry for application. And then about 5 minutes AFTER application, when enough oxygen has been able to solidify the compound, water/saliva will have minimal effect on it.What I did was held my mouth open and dried the area with clean paper towels, then I smash the compound in with 1 or 2 fingers gently pushing/squeezing it into place. Then I hold the area open still and use an air blower gun (just a small fan) to dry the compound for a few minutes, the longer you can dry it, the longer it will hold/last but a few minutes should be fine.If you follow those tips hopefully if you are in pain you will get some relief. I choose to apply before bed so that it would easily achieve the 2-3 hours needed to set. I brushed my teeth and swished with peroxide to reduce bacteria. Applied the product to my tooth then bit down on a paper towel a few times to make sure it was flush. By morning i was good to go.It lasted about a week before it became loose but remained in place.

I haven’t used it so I’m not sure if it works. I got it for emergencies. It comes in a tiny package.

Works great, after a few times, I got the hang of how to use really easy. It will work temporarily until I can get into dentist. Highly recommend if you're cap has come out or a chipped tooth.

This stuff is great for a temp filling until you can get to the dentist. I’ve had to use it twice for the same filling. 2 years apart. A little goes a long way. And then try not to chew on that side until you get to see the dentist. Only problem I had is the package I just received was missing the application tool. Not a big deal as I still have my previous one. But it’s the ethics. I paid for the tool and didn’t get it. So maybe people packing should check before they pack. And it’s a bubble package so a manufacturer issue. But still sellers job send item without defects.

Worked for about an hour / then crown fell off again!

I lost a filling about 3 days ago and this product is still holding up! This has saved me, I'm currently 39.2 weeks pregnant so I'm waiting to make a dentist appt until after my delivery.I first brushed my teeth real well then bit down on a paper towel to dry the area off, then I took a small amount with the tool and rolled a little ball, I then pushed it into the tooth and bit down with the paper towel for about 5 mins and voila! I did this right before bedtime because you're not supposed to eat or drink after.
