Fantastic house. Sound is clear and doesnt have to be turned all the way up to hear.

Missing parts, and the replacement arrived with broken parts
The original item arrived with missing parts, the Christmas tree was not included. Ordered a replacement, and this time the figurine that swivels in the middle of the ground floor was broken. Based on other reviews , I believe the manufacturer is expecting to have you fix their defective items. Beautiful item but not worth all the trouble unless you settle to receive it with missing parts or broken, which is not worth it for $163.

Love it
I collect these villages pieces from Lemax and have quite a few. Itmakes Christmas and my displays a lot brighter. This not a toy.

Missing a tree
Cute and sings but a huge tree is missing

Lots of Great Details but there's an Annoying Squeak!
I love Lemax products for our Christmas Village setup and this one is no exception. The details are nice but this one has developed an annoying squeak which has irritated everyone! So we had to turn off the unit and let it sit without lights and sound. Defeats the whole purpose of having it in the setup. The other annoying thing is that Lemax will not take it back. There is no warranty information that comes with the unit. I had to find their website and navigate through their site in order to find out how the warranty is covered - even though it says the structure has an 18-month warranty. It's one thing to state your warranty and another in how easy or difficult it is to have it serviced.

Fabulous Piece that Children and Adults will Love
This is a beautiful addition to my Christmas Village!!!! I LOVE that it has controllable sound and animation!!!!

Cheap
I have bought many Lemax displays for years. This one is crap. Quality control must of been on break. This is the second one. First one returned due to top half was in two pieces and not working. Second one same thing except it still worked but additional fiqures were broken off. I kept this one and glued everything back together. I should not have to do that for the money I paid for it.
