It works like magic!!!
I had a small growth on the side of my pointer finger that suddenly appeared 2 years ago. It was so small that it didn’t bother me. But over this last summer, it started to get bigger. I was actually able to clip it off...but within days, it would grow right back. After reading reviews- I settled on this product, mainly for the price and the pictures of results.I did what other successful reviewers said to do. Carefully place the medicine circle part of the bandaid over your growth, press it down so the medicine patch sticks, then wrap carefully to make sure that the medicine circle doesn’t move. That circle ⭕️ is where the medicine is. So if you don’t do it carefully enough- and the circle shifts- it won’t be effective. Take your time placing it. They are super sticky- so once you place it on there- it’s staying. Also, if your wart is bigger than a pea, I don’t feel like this would work, as the circle of medicine is only about that big.I used approx 2 bandaids per day, placing one in the morning, and then another in the evening. They are bandaids- they stick great, but if you wash hands often or do a lot of dishes by hand- you may need to replace more often. But listen- I did notice that it did MORE and was MORE effective, if I was able to keep the same bandaid in place for longer periods of time. I’m guessing the circle patch of medicine has to be in contact with your skin for a certain amount of time before it begins to break down. So in hind-sight, I probably should have bought some rubber gloves to wear during dish time. That’s when mine mostly fell off.I placed my first bandaid on in the morning and really didn’t notice anything but a “pruney” appearance to my finger for the next couple of days. I DID feel a tingly, almost burning sensation those first few days, but since other reviews warned of this, I don’t go ripping the bandaid off. Now- it wasn’t pain- just something I was aware of. So I kept carefully placing it on twice a day- and by the 3rd day- the magic circle started to do its job. My finger was so pruney under the bandaid (like I’d spent a lot of time in a bath) and the growth area started to feel tender.By day 5, it was starting to GROW and looked like a big white bubble. I took my nail clippers and carefully trimmed the dead white skin just a bit (yes- it turns it crazy white- like a white crayola crayon) but don’t mess with it too much, because it does feel tender and you don’t want to infect it.I woke up on day 8, and removed the last bandaid. I used all 14- the whole box. The wart did not magically fall off. But I took a pair of sanitized tweezers and was able to carefully lift it off. Every last bit of it just cleanly came away. No tugging or tearing- if it doesn’t cleanly lift off, use the bandaids a few more days.Don’t PANIC!!! It will look as though the medicine patch left a hole in your finger, and it will feel sore and tender. Mine was so tender that I wanted to put another (regular) bandaid over it, but it needs the air so the skin can dry out. So I left it alone.Within about a week the skin looked mostly better...but it was still a very tender spot on my finger. That feeling takes longer to go away. I waited almost 3 months to to write this review because I wanted to make sure it didn’t grow right back. And it hasn’t!!! Everything has healed and there is not a single spot to show it was ever even there!!! This stuff truly works!!!My photo is from right after- so you can see how it really goes down into layers of your skin- and shows why it will be sore and take some time to heal.

Works great! Mine came of in 8 days!
Update: It worked! New photo is added of fully healed thumb. Again, no discomfort whatsoever. The area is still slightly discolored, but other than that I have a smooth wart free thumb for the first time in years!! Yay!!!!I have had a small wart on my dominant thumb for the past several years. Although it is small, it’s location has made things difficult (particularly writing, which is terrible for a college student) as it has always been very sensitive and occasionally painful. I’ve tried freezing it, soaking it, using oils, even tried to just cut it out (not my finest moment) but nothing worked. I ordered compound W clear strips same day delivery on August 17th. The first photo is August 18th. I forgot to take photos after that. To be honest I wasn’t convinced it was actually going to make it come off as the wart and the skin around it was tough and white after two days but nothing changed after that. Then last night, August 25th, the skin had literally just lifted off of my thumb and the wart with it. The area is slightly sensitive post removal but throughout the entire process there has been no pain or discomfort whatsoever. There is still a small ring on my thumb that was the base of the wart, along with what look like some patches in the center, so I will be covering the area with a regular bandaid today for protection and to let the good skin heal a little before I start using compound W to remove the rest tomorrow.I will say that unlike advertised, these strips are not waterproof. The surface getting wet is fine but if water reaches the adhesive it will come off. That wasn’t a big problem for me as I would typically take it off before I showered (if I didn’t I wore a glove) and I was careful when washing my hands. Also, let the strip tell you when it’s ready to come off, not the other way around. I tried to remove it prematurely one time and discovered that the adhesive and salicylic acid patch are pretty powerful and will not come off on any schedule other than their own. Once it is ready to come off though, replace it. Don’t wait until the 48 hours if it’s ready to come off before then. I only think one of mine made it that long, and for the rest I replaced them anywhere between 20 and 36 hours of use. Again, you’re on the strips schedule not the other way around.Overall I am HIGHLY satisfied with this product. It takes patience, mine came off in 8 days but for others it may take several weeks. But no matter the timeframe, this product does what it says it will do.I will be updating whenever the rest of the base skin has come off and then healed over, but as of right now, 5 stars and I would highly recommend to anyone with a stubborn wart!!

Very effective when it stays in place
I am treating two areas of plantar's warts with this, and for the most part it has been terrific. I have a very large one on the side of my heel and in the two weeks I've been using this it has died back significantly. It's about half the size it was when I started. I also have a cluster on the ball of my foot, multiple smaller warts, and it has done a great job with one caveat: when it stays in place. That is why I can't give these five stars. The one on my heel stays in place reasonably well, but I need to be sure to put a sock on or it can catch on things and peel back, picking up floor junk like hair and carpet lint. It also came off in my sheets once while I was getting into bed. The one on the ball of my foot has been much worse, drifting around the front of my foot, which resulted in a patch of skin dying that didn't have any warts in it. Walking any significant distance, say a few blocks to the store and back, causes the one on the ball of my foot to drift.Maybe if I put medical tape over the patch it would hold, but I didn't bother. I'll probably use a gel for the ball of my foot instead.
