LEGOBatman Movie The Batmobile 70905 Building Kit

The media could not be loaded. LEGO has produced many examples of The Batmobile including the classic 1960s reproduction and my favorite - The Tumbler. This is a mid-range set and great value with the current discounts $47 at Amazon versus $60 at The LEGO Store. Don't be fooled by the part count, this is a fiddly build but is robust and will hold up to hours of play. I really like the way the wheels have dual points of articulation and the minifigures (Batman, Robin, Manbat and The Kabuki Twins). The downside was an excess of stickered pieces where printed pieces would have given a more satisfying and less frustrating to build end result. Value for money is not bad for LEGO, especially with the Amazon discount. Recommended.

To all the people who might have given this bad reviews, I say BAH HUMBUG!!! Buying this set was one of the best decisions EVER!!! I barely put this thing down at all!! There were a few cons but very minor and avoidable. Most of the stickers were lame and I didn't stick 'em on. The wheels are a bit loose after two days but you can barely tell. Overall great set and I wnt to hug the designer. P.S. Be on the lookout for the ultimate batmobile!!

My 7yr old grandson asked me on Dec. 22 if I thought that Santa would bring him the Lego Batmobile. I asked him if he told Santa he wanted it and he said no he forgot. Then he asked me "Doesn't Santa hear us all the time though?" I said I thought so since he can see if we've been bad or good he can probably hear us to. Since I didn't know what his parents got him for Christmas from Santa or from them I decided i better try to get one in case they didn't. I went to Target and of course they were about sold out of most DC comic lego sets except the $100+ sets. Then I looked at Amazon and they had one and could get it to me by the 24th so I bought it. My Grandson did not get one for Christmas so luckily he did from us, and his belief is not shattered. Love my Amazon Prime!.

Got this for my nephew for his 6th birthday. He is super obsessed with Legos and has been building with these blocks forever! He was beyond excited to receive this and was able to build it in a few afternoons after school on his own. This set is more advanced and gives kids a good chance to build something more substantial as well as fun! Can't wait for him to try out some more of the sets!

Purchased as a gift for my 6 year old son who is pretty good at Lego building. It took him a few hours but he managed to put it together by himself.

I Purchased this as a birthday gift for my 10 year old cousin (and I also purchased one for myself - I'm a "secret" adult lego lover!). I have yet to put the set together yet myself (and have not heatd of his progress either) but just from doing past lego projects I can tell by looking over the instruction manual, looking through the quanity, quality & the variety of pieces included in the box, it is going to be an AMAZING "Batmobile!" Just the size of the wheels alone will make the car look amazing. Once I have completed the project I will update my review along with photos! I can't wait to carve out a few hours in my schedule to assemble this project!

This was a birthday gift for an eight year old. From the video his mother sent of him opening the present, and his ecstatic reaction, I would say it met his expectations. As for mine, it was packed well, arriving in plenty of time for me to wrap it and send it on its merry way. He put it together with very little adult assistance, so I would consider it to be age appropriate.

This batmobil is bad a**. I purchased it for my son's 7th birthday and he loved it. My son is very good at putting these together but this one contains a lot of pieces and it was very time consuming. After letting our son do about 10% of it dad steped in and did the rest of the building for him (in session over the next day or two). He mainly has this on display because it is to cool to just throw back in with the rest of this legos. The also stays together pretty well when playing with it unlike other Lego figures.
