Everybody in my family loves this bread, even my picky dad. We like making sandwiches and toast out of it. It was great getting an 8 pack. We definitely go through it. I've had it go moldy even in the air-tight bag so I recommend freezing it until use. It's quite fresh. The pieces are smaller than normal bread, FYI, but that is normal for this brand. These came really fast, they were cheaper than in our local grocery store, and so far we’ve ate three of them and they’ve been fresh.

At first I was a little concerned getting 8 loaves of bread all at once. I know that I can freeze the bread but that still takes up a lot of freezer space. Once I received the package, I discovered an inner, airtight bag which allows the bread to last much longer. Mine had a Best by date two months out.The bread itself is about 80% the size of a typical loaf and size of each slice. The bread is dark and dense and fairly tasty. I think this type of bread works better as toast or even grilled but not so much plain as in a sandwich.

Slices are smaller than regular bread with Gluton. I like the texture of the bread. Schar is a good and trusted company for GF. So far they have not failed me….. it tastes good.

Delicious. I look forward to my garlic bread. I spray on olive oil and sprinkel Italian spices and garlic salt and toast.

Not cheaper than in the store, but nice to buy a lot at once and freeze it.
