Thomas SaboD_H0012 Dangle Cross Diamond Earrings

Awful. 1. earrings were different length. 2. chain on one of the earrings was knotted (this was not anything to do with differing lengths, it was other part of chain. 3. They were sent in a plastic bag, no BOX as described.It should be noted that this is the second pair of these identical earrings I have bought, the first were direct from Thomas Sabo website, so I know what I should have been receiving. Really really unhappy and sent back for refund.
