Yarn Dyed Flannel Plaid Red, Fabric by the Yard

I ordered 6 yards which ended up being over kill but I’ve never made a shirt for a cow before! 🤣 The fabric was perfect and arrive quickly so I was able to get a shirt made for Dolly in no time at all!!

I was worried about purchasing fabric from Amazon. This is high quality - washed beautifully. I’m looking forward to working with it!

I was expecting this to be a brushed flannel, but even though it is not soft or thick, I could probably make a nice dress or skirt or dress shirt with it.

I just reordered this fabric for the 3rd time. I started by sewing a shirt for myself, now sewing 2 more for Christmas presents . This is very nice fabric. I always prewash any fabric I use,,,,,,,,,,,,This had no shrinkage that I noticed. They call it a flannel? I call in somewhere in between a cotton and a flannel? Not thick like flannel I have used before, however just a nice feeling fabric to wear. Same on both sides.Just very nice fabric.It also arrived very quickly.

Ordered this for a pair of pj pants. I think the weight of this flannel is good for the price. The prewash resulted in 6% shrinkage in length and 7% in weft, a little more than I'd expect from a cotton. My biggest complaint was the short yardage I received which when added to the shrinkage in length after washing left me with 7" less than the 3 yards I ordered.I would order this again but make sure I accounted for their short cuts and fabric shrinkage.

Fabaric is soft and nice; easy to work with. I tried it on headbands for Christmas and my customers love it.

This is a nice fabric for the price. It is flannel, so it does fade and pill eventually. I've washed it a few times so far and its held up well. Easy to cut and sew with. I love patterns with lines. So easy to cut a straight line! Lol

This fabric stayed soft after washing and made a wonderful warm shirt for grandson. I will buy more. Good quality.
