BariWiseProtein Pancake & Waffle Mix, Golden Delicious, Low Sugar & Low Carb (7ct)

I love this pancake mix. I am diabetic and have to watch sugars and carbohydrates. This mix makes 1 large pancake, making it just right for breakfast with butter and SF syrup. It is easy on my glucose with no large spikes. It is quite good with blueberries. It has a nice hint of vanilla and cooks up golden brown. It is just like a regular pancake with regards to texture? No, but it is good in its own way. I am thrilled to have pancakes on the menu again. This is a regular reorder for me.

I got the blueberry pancake mix and used it in my mini waffle maker . It was delicious! I will definitely be ordering these again and again!

Was really excited about this product. Super quick & easy to make. One packet made 2 smallish pancakes that looked great. Macros awesome. The flavor was very industrial cleaner-ish. Finally settled on air freshener as the flavor, quite unfortunate. The buttermilk variety might be better, since the blueberry flavor seemed to be the issue.

Been reducing my sugar intake and increasing my protein and on both fronts, this product is FANTASTIC. I usually double the recipe to make one large pancake and the calorie count is still quite low. While they look as perfect as pancakes in an advertisement (kind of impressive actually) they are ever so slightly on the dry side. Compliment it with an all natural jam or, I use peanut butter, and you get plenty of moisture. It really doesn't taste much different than a regular pancake; the texture and moisture are just a (tiny) bit lacking. Still, an overall recommend.

Great taste. I eat these when I have a breakfast sweet tooth and don’t want the guilt.

What a rip off. The box is like 6” tall. Then when you cook very little flavor. I won’t be back.

I love these. The taste is a little bland, but that's to be expected with this alternative pancake. Just dress it up like you would normally do! I love to add dark chocolate chips. I am a huge snacker, and always crave pancakes, so this has been a saving grace for me during my fitness journey.
