The media could not be loaded. i expedited my order, and the crate arrived in the time specified. the package was in good order, and all of the parts were present. attached is a video of the crate before assembly and after assembly, as well as a photo. as you can see in the video, it is too big for my chihuahua yorkie mix, but the dimensions are specified in the description so i already knew this. the one i purchased, a small, would be suitable for breeds like miniature poodles, corgis, dachshunds, etc. they do offer several different sizes, from S through XXL. it is not difficult to put together, and there is a general instruction booklet included. it took me about five minutes to assemble. all of the parts seem sturdy and well-made. even the water bowl included stays on in a sturdy fashion and would not be knocked out of place easily. i also spoke with a representative who was very straightforward and accommodating. she told me the small would probably be too big for my 6-lb. dog, but i purchased it, anyway, just to have an extra one in case of emergencies. in addition, the crate is airline-approved, which is a plus. overall, the crate is sturdy, basic, and practical.

Very nice except there should be metal screws fixing the top to bottom. Puppy teeth can mutilate the plastic.

Mine arrived without the wheels and a handle. That was the purpose for buying it, so I could easily transport my large cat. He is too heavy to carry when inside a crate.

Well built. The gate was a little tricky to install because it can be set to open left or right. This means that the holes you think the hinge pin goes in may not be where it needs to go. The pins go in the slots. To avoid this confusion, hold the gate up in front of the opening to see where the hinge needs to attach. The engineering on this house is way better than other brands. In addition to the corner bolts, there are sliding locks on all three sides. Even if you creature were to roll this cage over I don't think it will pop open.

Beautiful Kennel but I agree with the other reviews that the packaging is poor. The screws fell out of the bag and were rattling all over the box. Luckily none fell out of the break in the packing tape. Very easy to assemble, quite sturdy, wheels and double handles our especially nice. Since it survived shipping in the poor packaging, I am confident it will last a long time

Great value and sturdy BUT the wheels were missing and I need to take this through an airport! The product description reads "rolling..."airline approved..

Love it!! So easy to put together. No tools needed! I love that the wheels can be easily taken on or off. Never seen such a clever assembly. I'm so happy I found this crate!!! I know I will get years of worry free use from it. Thanks for making such a wonderful product.
