Did not work for me
At 41, my knees can be a little stiff at the beginning of a squat workout and get sore afterwards. I thought these wraps might allow for support and flexibility but they just felt awkward and bulky and didn't really offer much support. I got Bear Komplex sleeves instead and like them a lot more.
