Telephone Product of Thailand Agar Powder, 0.88 Ounce (Pack of 5)

I usually don't order food products from Amazon considering several factors like freshness of food etc (this is a non-refundable item) but I could not find this product in any stores near by so I ordered it for amazon. I liked the fact that the product arrived within a day with prime. I used it for making a dessert which included cream and nuts paste. Since my base was a little thick, 1 added 1/1.5 teaspoon for 2 cups of dessert base, turned out good, when I used 2 teaspoon it became a little hard. I would recommend this to a friend. The only point which I did not like is that price of product, it might be a bit on the higher side of price range plus it keeps fluctuating -it reduced after I placed my order.

it's a good value for people that don't need bulk agar, comes with 4 pouches so you don't have to worry about all of it going bad if you decide to save it for later. i poured 40 agar cups with i think less than half the material from one pouch which is great. i didn't eat it though so i have no idea if it's good for that purpose.

This Agar Agar is good. It's easy to use. I use it to make coconut jello. The consistency came out form and good. But it took so long for me to get the product (over 2 months) because of the Covid-19 pandemic. At first I thought it's already lost so I contacted the seller. He is so good he gave me back my refund until I get the product. You can trust to do the business with him.

My kids saw candy crystals on TikTok and really wanted to try them. We looked at the recipes and this brand was recommended over and over again. We got it and it did not disappoint! It made beautiful crystals that had an amazing jelly like inner texture with a nice exterior crunch.

I love this. I'm used to using the Gold Coins kanten mix but this is awesome (and cheaper). I'm still on my 1st pack and have already made 3 or 4 batches. The recipe is 2 cups liquid and 1 teaspoon agar powder. Mix and bring to a boil. Stirring for 5 minutes. Pour into container or mould. You can use whatever liquid you want to : juice, coffee, etc. Don't worry if it doesn't harden immediately. Just leave it on the counter a little longer. I think it depends on the type of liquid and any additives you may have added like honey that could alter the chemistry somewhat. So easy! I will definitely order again.
