Pull and Push on/off tub faucet extension
I needed an extra 1/2" and this worked great! I thought the knob sticking out an extra 1/2" may look precarious, but it is fine. I used the longer stop tube and the center post extender and a longer screw in the center post. It came with a pair of long screws for the faceplate that I did not need and a screw for the center post that was the same as what I already had. I appreciate the longer stop tube because now the in-laws won't be making the hot cold and the cold the hot. I appreciate the longer center post because now I can put the center decorative button on the handle. Before I was just pushing in on the center screw head to turn the water off. Very simple extension kit to use.

Exactly what I needed
I just wanted to update my bathtub handles and of course anything new would not fit flush with the tile until I found this. It was a quarter of an inch too long, so I took it to the local hardware store where they helped saw it down and shorten it a tad and then it fit perfectly..A lot cheaper than having a plumber out to change all the valves in order to update the handle.

Overpriced fixture that does the trick
The extension was exactly the right part that I needed to retrofit the fixture. The price is absurd markup for what you’re getting though. You could probably 3D print this piece if someone scans it.This lists Moen parts 92507, 92528 and Moentrol 92517 and 92538

Just buy this already. Yeah, it is stupid expensive but it will make you happy.
Stop goofing off and just buy this kit. I retiled my shower, making the wall too thick for the valve stem and trim ring screws to reach. This kit has a Crome tube that extends an additional 1 inch. I only needed ¼ inch so I used a hack saw and in five minutes it was cut to size. Tapped it on with a mallet, put the brass valve extension onto the old one. Now, put on the trim ring.Don’t worry that the new brass part kinda flops around a little. the new, longer screw goes through them both and holds the crappy plastic handle nice and tight. Next put the longer screws into the two holes in the trim ring. That is actually the most fiddling part, lining up the screws with the holes inside the wall. But don’t give up. You can do it. The kit comes with a nice diagram.

Missing stop tube part
Arrived missing the stop tube, annoying! We had to ask for a replacement.

1 of the 3 vital screws came with bad threads
1 of the 3 screws came with bad threads and would not thread into the flange. This caused an inconvenience and I had to retap the screw using an 8-32 tap and gently thread it into the flange to hold the cover on. I feel this screw is now very weak and I will need to source another one. After paying $30 for 3 screws, a sleeve and 1 inch brass extension, I am unhappy that I will now need to source a new stainless hardware to properly install it.

Exactly what I needed!
I wasn't sure exactly which faucet I had, just that the handle said Moen. I tore out my old tile shower stall and put in those prefab walls direct to stud. Unfortunately the new walls were a little thicker and the handle wouldn't reach the mixer valve. This kit worked perfectly. Just pull off the old sleeve, push on the new one, install the cover plate with the longer screws, push on the valve extender, and screw on the handle with the longer screw. Looks perfect and and works great.

Works but costly
Worked like a charm to extend the handle. However, it's stupid expensive for what it is... Doubt it cost more than $3 to make.

Didn't fit my valve
Turns out I need to find a larger diameter tube stop. This one is too small. I need one 1" 1/4" diameter. Where can I find one?

Glad I found this
It was the exact fix to my problem. Our new plumbing was buried in the wall and this little gem got me there. Totally worth every penny spent
