I've been using this product for the past 5 years. I'm almost 55 and people always guess my age to be 15-20 years younger. I'll never stop using it!

I have purchased these vitamins because a couple of years ago I started loosing hair. I researched it and one of the reasons is Vitamin B5 defficiency. It's not working for me but it is for my wife that takes them as well. Reason is I have found out why I my hair is thinning and it is not vitamin B5 defficiency. Keep in mind that if it is the reason for you loosing hair, it could work for you.

I think the product has helped. I don’t have a month in yet so I’m not sure but so far so good. I would recommend buying if you have a nerve ending problem seems to keep mine at a quiet roar instead of a giant roar would recommend.

Did not really work at all on my acne from what I could tell. That's pretty much the only reason I was taking it. I took 2 pills a day twice a day for a while. That should be enough.It did seem to cause massive hair shedding, though. Once I stopped, my sudden hair shedding seemed to stop pretty quickly, so I attributed it to this supplement...but I could be wrong. I'm not throwing it out yet. I still have tons of pills left, but I'll probably just take one a day until they run out in case I have a B5 deficiency and get my money's worth :)
