State should not matter only subtrate and connection - state is irrelevant OSHA and ANSI codes are nationwide. You need to make sure your ordering the right anchor some are for concrete, some are for metal - you need to be sure your roof surface etc, is suitable for the type of anchor you want to install and vice versa...If your just temporary anchors I would advise you get the DBI sala swivel anchors that you can run a horizontal lifeline across or the DBI - parapet wall anchor systems. These anchors are best used in new construction - such as the guardian, where it can be extended up to 18" and buried in roof materials so only the top is sticking up - remember to account for roof thickness if you do that,.

Q: What fasteners are approved or suggested to fasten this system to concrete?

Our structural engineer didn’t approve the manufactures concrete anchors. We had to bolt through the deck

Q: How do you attach to a standing seam metal roof system?

we recessed blocking between the roof framing members so that the top of the bolts would be flush with the top of the roof sheathing. you just have to cut a hole in the roof panel and use a typical plumbing boot to make it a water tight permanent installation.

new installation product.

This tie-off needs to be installed when the roof system is being built. Pryor to installation of the standing seam roof. It can be bolted to 3/4" plywood per the installation instructions. Can be installed when roof is being replaced. Heavy gauge galvanized.
