Invitation to World Religions

They book was in good shape, and so much less expensive than going to the college book store.

I am using the 4th edition of Brodd et al. this semester at University of Tampa, and I am annoyed with many of the deletions in this latest edit. Some deletions are in subject areas I cover in my lectures and formerly referred to in the 3rd edition of the text, which I now cannot cite in the newest edition. This is especially problematic in the Buddhism chapter I am covering now. Did the original authors choose these deletions? I doubt that. (Too many editors are happily drunk on their power to make deletions.) Anyway, I am disappointed; I used to like this text.

It doesn't fit standard binders, it's smaller than advertised (not 8 x 11 sized, much smaller "affordable" option), and thanks to their terrible handling of the item, I cannot return it. It has a sticker on the front of the packaging stating that if the shrink wrap is broken, it is not returnable; guess what? It arrived with pre-broken shrink wrap—almost $90 for a school book that is loose leaf and doesn't fit in standard binders. Total rip-off, I do not recommend this option from this seller.

I ordered the 3-ring version of this book. The standard 3-ring binder has the rings spaced 4-1/4” apart. The holes on this book are spaced 4” apart. This book does not fit into my binder and I have been unable to find a binder that fits.

I saved a LOT of money buying this here. Very good condition.
