Nice stand with a nice price
This is a nice size stand for the 50" tv I put on it. Easy to assemble if you stick with following the instructions. The open back allows you to make connections without too much trouble and the drawer is perfect for storing remotes, spare batteries, manuals, and even some speaker wire or short coax cables. The drawer won't hold many dvd or blue-ray cases if that's what you're looking to do with it. If there were one thing that would make it even better would be if it had casters on the bottom of the legs. Once you get your TV and the video/satellite components on it, forget about being able to slide out to do any cleaning or swap out pieces of equipment. I may just go ahead and do that myself. All in all a very nice stand a very nice price to go with it!

It works well, happy.
I am satisfied. It's not high end furniture- it's not a high end price either, but it looks very nice. Is functional, simple clean design, I'd say it is medium oak finish rather than dark oak; fits my 46 inch flat panel Visio TV very well. Fits in the corner nicely. It is sturdy enough- some veneer, some solid oak/ash. I'm not experienced at putting things together at all- the instructions were clear enough for me (pictures, not text) and I only put one thing together backwards. Only needed a phillips screwdriver and hammer (to push a couple pegs in farther.) Hardware was all there with extra on some of the pieces. It arrived quickly also. Exactly what I needed and expected!

Very happy with purchase
My brother and I bought this media stand for our Mom. It arrived on the first day of the delivery window. My brother is not typically one to assemble furniture--his wife is much better at it!--but she wasn't around, so he jumped in and found it very easy to put together. It holds my Mom's large TV well (sorry not sure of the TV dimensions), and I think it looks very nice. I asked my Mom what she thinks of it; here's her reply: "I like it a lot. I like the way it looks. I like the way it fits in the corner. I like the way it blends in well with my other stuff. The only thing I wish were a little different is that it is all open in back so you see the wires hanging down but overall I am very happy with it."

3 and 1/2 hours to assemble
For almost $200, this was a nightmare to assemble. Instructions were terrible. I broke one piece and of course there were no extras. For something this expensive, the material is cheap, particle board. Spend the money and buy something nicer!

good value but additional detail needed
purchased this piece to use as a stand to fit into the corner of my Mother's family room for her new 47" tv. Made from pressed wood and applied finish. Assembly was straight forward, the instructions were good but do need to be followed in sequence. I added quik set epoxy to reinforce the corners to keep from wobbling in the future. I was short 1 screw and 1 washer requiring a trip to the hardware store and while there I picked up some hole caps to cover the holes from the anchor drillings. I also added a "peg board" dust cover to close up the open back. A bit of stain to match and my Mom was well pleased. It was well worth my added time and effort for a more finished and pleasing look. Too bad the manufacturer forgot the details

Very nice corner TV stand - GREAT PRICE - FIVE STARS *****
TV stand looks great and has a solid built. We have moved it from the corner to the middle of the room and actually settled with the middle location. It does not have a back cover and we actually like that. If you want you can install them yourself simply by buying the material as mentioned by a couple reviews. Some reviewers complain that it may be from China and have problems with that. The reality is that a lot of the stuff we buy is made in China. The vendor is extremely accessible and is willing and wants to HELP.Buy this nice TV stand, place it wherever you want, and enjoy it.

GOOD PRODUCT FOR THE MONEY
We bought this based on it's looks and price. It went together pretty quickly and is perfect for the area we needed to hold the TV. It has a nice shaker style look to it and is not as flimsy as others have indicated. Friends of ours commented on how good looking the unit is - we are happy campers! A good value, quick shipping, attractive piece of furniture.

" Scrathes easily is an understatement!"
Not easy to put together. Screws strip easily when trying to tighten. Had to send for a new piece, which they sent.
