I keep mine in the fridge all the time.

Best to email the company on this......for I threw out the package wrapper awhile ago...I freeze this product for later use. sorry I couldn't be of help.

All orders are vacuum sealed and packaged with gel-ice packs to keep cool during shipping in a special insulating material. Orders ship no later in the week than Tuesday. This is to ensure freshness.

You get 2 packages and each weigh 16oz. So you get 2 lbs. Hope this helps.

Great Mozzerella

Some of it Taste very good

The cheese taste very good and melts well on pizza.I would have give the cheese 5 stars if it was easier to shred.The cheese is very good if sliced or cut up, when you try to shred it, it comes off it little chunks.So, slice it and enjoy it.Update 11/5/2014 I ordered two of the 2 packs, each block has a slightly different taste, each pack seems to have a different amount of liquid in the pack and it seems like the packs with the most liquid in it taste better and is easier to grate/slice.
