21-2274 Outdoor Water Glass Wall Lantern with Photo Cell

I have had this light installed about a month now and I'm extremely pleased with it. The dusk to dawn feature works perfectly. It is not installed under a covered area so I can't say how well the photocell would work if the area was covered. The lamp is sturdy and does not look or feel cheap like so many outside lights these days. I use a 60 watt equivalent LED bulb in it and it puts out a lot of light with that clear shade. Highly recommend.

I purchased 3 for the front off my home to replace the existing decrepit ones. They were very easy to install, look great, and illuminate very nice light no matter the type of bulbs ( I tried out a few different styles).I would highly recommend especially for the price point.

I love how the class looks a little old-fashioned. It really finished off our newly redone porch. It can be hard to make fifties track homes look cottage e. But I think this light helps. I love the dusk-to-dawn feature. Light is nice and bright with a good LED bulb

I love this light but very disappointed that what I looked at in product description before purchasing indicated LED compatible and yet box and instructions say not LED compatible. That is misleading. I am not going to take a chance so will not use a LED bulb.

I purchased three of these lights for our brand new home in July of 2020. They are beautiful! The functionality is terrible I cannot find a light bulb that will work in these without blowing out. I have tried them all incandescent LED CFL nothing works.The lifespan of the incandescents is the longest at roughly 60 days. I recently changed them out and will now put them in the garbage can.

First off, spray paint it first for added protection!!!! NOT that it requires addition paint BUT its an additional layer of protection from rust. I ALWAYS tape off essential parts (photo eye, socket, all wiring to include the ground screw) and spray paint fixtures “prior” to installation!!!! Let’s be honest, it’s not constructed from stainless, solid brass or solid copper. Again, not necessary just initial preventative maintenance if interested. Anyway, We like the design and shape of this fixture. It works perfect for my side door. I Looked But Did NOT See Anything about non-use of LED bulbs on the packaging or paperwork as others have mentioned. I installed a flame flicker LED bulb in the fixture from day one and both work perfectly!!! Zero issues!!

I installed it in October 2018. As of November 10, 2021, the photocell sensor is not working properly. The sensitivity of the photocell is greatly reduced.. it doesn’t know it’s a daytime. It only works (turns it off automatically) when the sunlight is hitting directly on the sensor.
