This was a last minute purchase for a school play and it is actually a very beautiful dress! Of course glitter gets everywhere but after steaming it, it is perfect

First of all I really want to say that this dress is gorgeous!! It was exactly what I was looking for, for my Mother In-Law for a Halloween party. She wanted to be Glinda so bad, and this costume was the closest resemblance to the Movie version. But the moment she opened the package pounds and pounds of glitter went everywhere! It was insane!!!! Nothing helped to make it stop either. We shook it, we swept it, we sprayed it with hair spray and brushed it with glue. NOTHING stopped that mass attack of glitter. So we ended up buying another costume.The fit and sizing was spot on, she normally wears a medium and a medium fit her perfectly. She is also pretty short, about 5’4” or 5’5” and it only touched the ground slightly.The quality of the dress was unlike any other on the market today! Which is why i believe it deserves 4stars. There was great care in this dress making and if you don’t mind the glitter, it certainly would make a fantastic addition to your costume collection.

Heed the others: LOTS OF GLITTER in! Besides that, I like the dress. It DOES look itchy but that’s why we have lo bc sleeve undershirts, yes. Going to fluff it out a bit. The crown needs work, would have preferred fabric instead of plastic.

I was very upset to find that the crown or the tiara is completely broken with a very big crack in it that is unfixable. It was folded flat in a bag. It has big creases in it. It would be virtually impossible to wear, even if it wasn’t cracked, and the costume itself did fit, and I did size down as they suggested the sleeves are really thin and flimsy. You would need to be very careful not to tear them if you needed to wear it multiple times.They were not kidding. It is a virtual glitter bomb, so be careful where you open it for the price of the costume. I was expecting a little bit better quality.

Good product and fair price

The quality of this is so low. Long threads not cut, seams uneven, fabric is so itchy and the glitter comes off EVERYWHERE. The overall fit was small. The hat is very deceiving in photos, in person it’s just a strip of plastic you Velcro on your head. I could not see anyone being comfortable wearing this for the whole night. For $72 you can get something of quality elsewhere

I bought this for my Wizard of Oz school play and it was perfect, my only problem with it is that it sheds glittery everywhere!! As soon as you open the package, it EXPLODES with glitter!! Just be on the look out for that, but it was very pretty and pink.

I HAVE WORN THIS COSTUME TWO YEARS IN A ROW FOR HALLOWEEN TO GREET TRICK OR TREATERS. MANY CHILDREN AND ADULTS ALIKE ARE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO SEE SUCH A LOVELY COSTUME. THIS IS TRULY A WELL MADE COSTUME WITH LOTS OF DETAILS ALLOVER THE DRESS AND A GENEROUS FULLNESS TO THE SKIRT OF THE COSTUME. THE TOP BODICE IS GENEROUS BUT IT WOULD NEVER FIT A FULL FIGURED WOMEN WHO IS LARGER THAN A 38 BRA SIZE. I WEIGH 163LBS. RIGHT NOW AND I AM 5' 5" TALL. I AM ABLE TO WEAR A MEDIUM WEIGHT LUREX SWEATER UNDER THE DRESS TO KEEP ME WARM WHEN I AM HANDING OUT CANDY. I ALSO FIND THAT THE SLEEVES ARE A GENEROUS LENGTH BUT THAT THE PUFF SLEEVE HAS AN ELASTIC THAT IS A BIT TIGHT AROUND THE BICEP IN MY UPPER ARM WHEN WORN OVER A SWEATER. THE DRESS COMES DOWN AND COVERS MY ANKLES SO IT IS NOT DESIGNED FOR SOMEONE TOO PETITE. THE TIARA IS LIGHTWEIGHT AND FLEXIBLE PLASTIC WITH THREE VELCRO CLOSURES. I HAVE HAD MANY WOMEN ASK ME WHERE I PURCHASED THIS COSTUME AND I TOLD THEM THAT I GOT IT ON AMAZON.
