Delicious and easy to use

Convenient and doesn't spoil
I use to get this product in our grocery store but they only carry the box liquid of this brand. I like to add 1/2-1 tablespoon of the packet to my pumpkin spice tea and then a little sweet cream creamer. Delicious and addicting! I like that I can keep it on hand and it will not spoil nor do I have to keep an eye on it in the refrigerator on the box liquid type.

Great product, poor shipping package
Great product but package was damaged and a few packets were open. Amazon refunded me.

Flavor difference
My preference are the packets.There is an odd after taste with the bulk bag flavor.

Damaged packaging
Received this order in a timely manner. The outside box was in perfect condition but the box that the actual product itself was in, was crushed and open. The individual packages of tea seem ok but there is a slight coating of the powdered tea on everything and there was a packet of seeds within the package that I did not order. This item is not returnable.
