I bought this as an eBook so that I could take it with me, well there is no Navigate access code with the eBook so I have to pay for the actual book now to get the code. Very FRUSTRATING!

I purchased this book with the expectation that I would have the needed online access. I just scratched the code off and tried to redeem it and I am being told that the code was already used. This makes things difficult as I need the online access for my class, and already paid for this book once. Very unsatisfied.
