Making noise and don’t connect to WiFi

Warranty!!!! please read!
I purchased a 18 BTU unit. It works well, however the swing function DOES NOT WORK, AND IT MAKES A CLICKING SOUND WHILE OPERATING (SMALL BUT SOMEWHAT ANNOYING). Called technical support and was told to have a technician come out AT MY EXPENSE to diagnosis the problem with their technical support online (this is a brand new unit). So, if you buy this product and have any issues be prepared to pay at your expense.

Great investment
Used this product to add AC to bedroom thereby allowing house AC to be turned off all night. Great investment.
