The watch is light, comfortable and stylish, especially with the octogon case. The white analog hands on the black dial are straightforward, simplistically elegant and make it easy to tell the time and identify the day of the week. The day complication with a perpetual calendar was a primary reason for choosing this watch. The legibility of the digital display could be better, however it's subtle nature fits the design language of the watch. The illumination was not as bright as expected, but it is functional. The watch is perfect for summer days (and nights), adding whimsical style to any occasion. After all, it's a CasiOak.

I really like this watch and use it as my every day piece now. The only complaint is that I wish the face was a tad bigger. I understand that this type is a more feminine model but I prefer the way it looks over the bulky framed ones. So if this had a slightly bigger face it would be 5 stars easily. Other than that I love it.

I'm not a watch person perse, but I do wear one when I'm out of the house and this one's on my wrist quite a bit. I own two other G-Shocks a Rangeman and an old steel MTG and of the three that I own, this GA-2100 is by far the most comfortable to wear. I will say though that the small lcd is hard to read being a negative display. The opposite is true however for everything else and this thing has a ton of mods you can apply to further make it yours. If you are considering this watch but you're not sure, let me say you will not be disappointed.
