Sunlite 03600-SU LU35/MED High Pressure Sodium Light Bulb, 35 Watts, ED17/MED, Medium Base (E26), ANSI Code S76, 2250 Lumen, 16000 Life Hours, Clear, 2100K

Installed a new Sunlite bulb Oct 15, 2020, right away it would come on then go off continuously. I called Sunlite and they said the bulb was bad and sometimes this happens, they sent a new bulb Oct 29, 2020 through Amazon, so I would have to say there service was good for this issue. The 2nd bulb started to go on and off (going out) this past June 2021, so it lasted around 8 months, way shorter then my original bulb that lasted approx 12 years. I have two of the same yard lights so I switched out the bulbs in order to rule out a bad ballast/unit, the unit has been working fine for a month, so ballast/unit is working correctly. Just another bad bulb from Sunlite. There are other bulb manufactures so I will give up on Sunlite products and I would NOT recommend this bulb.Bulb in pictures is the 2nd bulb that lasted 8 months.

Our outdoor light turns on automatically at dusk and off at dawn, and the Home Depot ones I normally buy last for years. This Sunlight bulb started flickering and then became non-functional after six months.Could be a bad bulb, bad lot, or just poor quality altogether.Cannot recommend this brand because of the very short longevity.

I purchased this Sunlite High Pressure Sodium Light Bulb as a replacement based on pricing, this was a mistake. This Sunlite bulb failed out of the box. I had replaced the igniter and photo cell due to their age in a very sturdy enclosure I intended to reuse. The Sunlite bulb cycled constantly (on/off) during the evening. I replaced the Sunlite with a GE Lucalox and no more cycling problems. Be advised that the GE bulb was more than twice the price of the Sunlite, but worth it.

Cheap Junk...started flickering off & on after just a couple months.Ordered slightly more expensive / made in the USA GE bulbs to replace them.The GE bulbs have been working perfectly ever since, as expected.

This item was defective out of the box. Turns on and off at about a 2 minute cycle. Tried to return it but amazon will not allow. There does not seem to be any way to get a replacement or money back, just pay for a defective item.

Lightbulb failed to work - had black spot on bottom of bulb 💡

Good price delivered quickly but have not had it long enough to rate longevity higher.

J’ai installé l’ampoule l’an passé (70w), elle a bien éclairé jusqu’à dernièrement, après seulement environs 4000h, la lampe est morte, donc on est loin du compte des 24000h annoncées. Je ne rachèterai pas cette marque !!!

Lights bulbs do not last, after 1 year or 2000 hours of use they failed. Three out of three bulbs purchased have failed to work. Their forecasted life is 20000 hours. Don't buy these light bulbs.
