These "red wallet" envelopes are perfect for storing letter sized items or folded correspondence, and more. With my old ones falling apart after long years of use, I was unable to find them anywhere, anymore, and had no substitute storage for my items. So I'm so glad to find them again!If they had been actually red, as pictured, how nice that would have been. But even they arrived brown, I'm glad to see them. Just change the picture though, it does not depict the item correctly. But keep selling it. They are great and hard to find.

I ordered 6 of these this past spring, and the glue had gotten old and the envelopes had fallen apart. I taped them together and used them. Ordered 6 more recently (1/23) and same thing... Looks like the entire inventory is probably from the 1980s or something and the glue simply fails with age. If you need these, prepare to spend time re-building them with tape and/or glue and/or staples or something. Cheers

I've used this type folder for years to store bank statements and receipts. Replacements are not available in office supply stores. These work well. While not as sturdy as the old ones, they serve the purpose. I'm not sure how they would hold up if accessed frequently.

It was a good price so I bought it but both sides came a little bit unglued so I glued it myself. I mean I cant really expect much when the price is low but every time I try to store scrap paper or stickers the sides open up and say hello especially the right side.:( Im debating what to do with it now. Maybe I should store old letters or documents that I need to keep, so I dont have to keep open and close u know.

Ordered four of these wallets. Looked for a while for this type envelope-folder-wallet and this is what I found. These fit vehicle glove compartment and keep map size papers together and organized. I guess no one carries a map anymore but I do and these will fit at least 6 state maps. All of these had to be re-glued, 3 right away and 1 after using. The elastic band that goes around it was good on all but kinda just hangs loose unless you have this wallet stuffed. Wanted something tougher than an envelope and it is, so would I buy this again? Well I do have a lot of glue so maybe...

I bought 5 of these and all came in good condition. Also, other reviews say the elastic is too long, this is true if you use it as pictured. However, I use the elastic the long way and it keeps closed nicely. This won’t bother me especially since the price is a fraction of what some other wallets this size cost.
