Smaller 5 inch diameter bow 18 loops made of of 1 -1/4 inch wide poly-satin ribbon that you pull apart to form the perfect bow. Bows come ready to be fluffed. Directions 1. Simply slide the ribbon sideways between your fingers, in a feathering manner, and spread the folds out until the desired look is obtained. 2. Peel away tab backing. 3.
