Q: How can you mount this to a 45 degree Lund track?

I mounted mine on a Tracker 1750. It was on a slight angle and I wanted the rods to be straight up when on boat. I cut some spacers out of nylon board and mounted at 90 degrees. Worked well.

Q: Where is a good spot to mount on a proguide?

Depends on your boat's lay-out. Try simulating fishing with it in different positions. You can always move it when you want to change lay-outs.

Q: Can I use one of the rod holders to stow my landing net?

Yes, a net will fit and the handle should go straight through the bottom.

Q: How much distance is required from the Versa Track to the deck surface is required for this rod holder?

Good question. My rod box is 6.5" below the veratrack and my battery box is only 3.5" below. If I locate over the rod box, it may interfere with the hatch range of motion... To avoid all this, I would have to locate the rod holders near the bow, which I don't want to do. Hope someone has an answer to this question.

Worked great and I am buying a second one as soon ...

This product is built very well, I put this product on a Lund 1875 Pro V. I needed to use the OEM flat bracket and only two bolts and nuts to attach it to the bracket. Worked great and I am buying a second one as soon as they are available again.

nice rod holder

This rod holder works well stowing rods out of the way when traveling and fishing. You can keep pliers and lures in the slot/holes on the top part. It installed easily but did require removing part of the transom portion of the boat to expose the slot/track where the bolt heads seat in my Lund boat. The Lund system components have a head that doesn't require this but they don't have a rod holder either! It appears to be well built enough to last several years. Sturdy when installed.
