WTB All Terrain Urban Bike Tire, Wire Bead, Conquer City Streets and Beyond, Smooth & Efficient on Pavement, Grippy on Loose Terrain, Ideal for Commuting, Touring, and Urban Adventures

Got these as a direct replacement for some WTB tires that came on my mountain bike. Like the description says, these are more of an all-terrain tire. My previous tires were more off-road, these are made for road and off road. The performance on-road is significant as I did a full mile more in distance on my second ride on these in my normal time-frame. I'm a bit more worried about wet traction so we'll see what they are like in Spring. It's been so damn dry here in the KC area that I haven't had to ride in wet conditions much in the past 5 months. Normally going under some bridges there's a good amount of mud to get through from creek flooding, and my old tires did really well through that slimy crap. I think these will be OK, but I think I'll have to make sure I ride in nice lines and don't hit it going very fast. Will post results when Spring gets here.

Replaced the aggressive MTB tires I had for these and have no regrets!! I don’t ride too much off road and these tires made a major improvement!! Much smoother, Quieter and faster rolling tire!! Doesn’t grip too well on lose dirt and wet grass but I don’t mind. These tires make your MTB into a Road and light off road bike!! Highly recommend!!

These tires appear to be good quality and mounted easily. I have been using them only a few days so can't comment on their durability.

I am running these on my self built ATB bike.Working good in the loose sand all over long beach since super storm sandy.Good in the rain also and mounted by hand on my vuletta disc wheels .No flats so far and I ride over a lot of broken glass from all the rebuilding going on here.More expensive than the kenda cross I usually ride but more grippy. Rolling resistance is a bit higher than the kendas also but at 65 lbs it is not to bad.

Works for all terrain... not very rough terrain.

Smooth ride and lots of grip. Good tire for my use.

excellent tire. Great traction. Small tread pattern makes really fast on pavement but well adapted to hard pack dirt. Tire is a little tacky but with use that should quiet down. My pavement speeds have increased.

I absolutely love these tires. My bicycle is my main vehicle of transportation. And these are among the better tires I've ridden. My only complaint is the wire bead, but I can get over that. These are great for all round riding.
