John Deere Original Equipment Filter Kit #LG266

How can this be advertised as Amazon preferred for the John Deere D110? These are not OEM parts. I purchased this kit last year in advance of my D110 2021 service. I go to service my unit today and 1) The air filter is too short and did not come with a pre-filter cover. The oil filter is too small. I have to think the spark plug and fuel filter are wrong as well. At that point I stopped my service. The only thing correct in the box is the oil. Very, very frustrating. My machine is apart and now I have to find the correct parts.

D110 - The previous air filters I got from a John Deere dealership were made in the USA. Had metal around the filter media an additional sock around the filter and fit the application/box. The air filter in this kit was cheaper (still B&S though) , not made in the USA and is shorter and doesn't have any metal protection for the media. Makes me wonder if the engine will be as efficient with a smaller filter. Maybe John Deere is trying to save $? The rest of the kit was fine.

Every time I had to do maintenance on my D110, it got to be a scavenger hunt at multiple hardware stores to get all the parts. This came with everything and a cheaper price than buying each piece individually.

Everything I need to tune up my D110 short of grease and sharpened blades. I have no idea if it saves any money over buying everything individually; however, even if it doesn't it's worth every penny for the convenience.

Perfect for a d105Takes 15-20 minutes to complete the entire service. Plenty of youtube videos if you need assistance.TIP: Not all models need a full 2 quarts or oil. So check before you blindly add 2.TIP: You need to grease your bearings with routine service. This is a 5-10 minute task, but it is separate supplies (a grease gun)I will purchase a couple of these a year.

This was a super convenient kit to service my John Deere lawn tractor. One issue I had was when the items were packaged by John Deere the spark plug was just thrown in the large box without it's own container and arrived damaged and would not allow the tractor to run. I put the old plug back in and tractor ran perfect. The fuel filter was slightly different in appearance however it seems to work properly. All in all a nice kit that makes my annual tune-up easy.

Had everything needed to do an oil change and replace the filters and spark plug. Was considerably cheaper than buying things separately. I also like that it is John Deere parts, so you know that it meets their specifications.

My lawn tractor was in dire need of a little tune-up. Started looking for the different parts and ran across this Kit. Worked perfect since everything fit, included all I needed to bring my tractor back to life, and by purchasing the "Kit" it was cheaper than trying to find and buy separate parts. Definitely recommend.
