The comfort of this hat is great. You can crush it and it pops back which is what I was looking for. I use it on a tractor for farming in cool weather. Not a summer hat, but great for the cool days.

The hat was crushed a bit during shipping. The box showed the signs when delivered. The hat color is darker than expected. Unboxed and the hat crown was smashed. I almost stopped there, but when I unpacked the hat and pressed the hat into shape it returned to its full size. Without apparent damage!! OK it is crushable! I have a big noggin 24 inches. XL. Sometimes XXL. This hat fits perfectly. This was the first time in years I have had a perfect fit right out of the box. I am keeping this hat! It will be getting a lot of use this fall and winter. Thanks Stetson, I am not disappointed! Made in the USA . I will be proud to tell anyone who asks! “Small world Rt 66 Oklahoma.”

I have no issue with the seller, just with the product. Productive on time and out of the package was in good condition. At about 60 days of ownership (about 40hrs of wear) which is 30 days past allowed return, The brim was starting to look off centered. I discovered that a flexible plastic insert was sticking out of the stitched part of the outer brim (see pic). To me, this is a product QUALITY issue with the manufacturer (Stetson). I reached out to them and they said since it is past 30 days, it's not their problem, that I should take it to a repair shop. I had been looking at the online Stetson catalog, at another hat I really wanted and a very expensive jacket that I loved the styling of. I planned on buying both. Stetson has lost me as a customer. I will never again purchase a product made by Stetson.

Fit wasn't as good as my other Stetson, the Mountain Sky model, even though they are both XL. This is due to the slightly shorter hat depth of the Elkhorn model. It bottoms out on my head before the band is snug. I can pop the crease out of the top and wear it round out like Grandpappy Amos. Still a great hat, and better slightly loose than too tight.

High quality, looks great, but xxl was small for a 25” head.

This is a great hat! It’s dark grey, goes with just about any coat, and is comfortable out of the box. I take a 7 1/4 in a common Stetson and I purchased this hat in a large, it fits perfectly. I was surprised how flexible the hat and especially the brim is. In spite of that, it holds its shape quite well! This hat can be worn anywhere without being called “Tex” all the time! I would buy it again if I needed to. Great hat!

The hat is exactly what I was looking for. I took a small and it fits perfectly. The colour is what I expected. A very good looking hat.

Color was a little off (more green then grey in real life) and fits a little large but close in size
