VOXVGH Bass Guitar Amplifier Headphones with Effects

I have used the Vox headphone system (without the built in headphones) for years and loved it. Great sound and portable with an aux input for my classic ipod. This unit (with headphones) is just as great, but the built in headphones makes it a must for practice. Still portable, and with excellent sound. Highly recommend for beginner to pro level players.

The fact that i can used it to practice. What i don't like it doesn't have the bass and clarity of my first one.

These works fine but the lid on the side that holds the batteries could be designed a better. It takes a little work to get it to stay closed. And by now this product should be Bluetooth capable. That cord is way too thin. You should be able to replace the cord if, and/or when something goes wrong with it.Update; they were sounding really good. But I dropped them just one time on the livingroom rugged floor long story short they haven't worked since. Buyer beware that apparently they don't hold up well to any kind of shock. Which is too bad because they sound great imo. I would consider purchasing these again only if they make the upgrades needed. Even if the price goes up a little. But right now I find that for the current going price they're bit too fragile.

This is a great practice tool! Simple and sensible. This tool gives you the ability to practice anywhere. The aux. in makes this a great piece of gear when your playing with recordings and metronome. There is an occasional buzz when the cables/wires get twisted together but it is easy to fix.

I read some reviews AFTER I had ordered it and I got a little worried. One of them was saying that the headphones didn't cover his ears. Well, that is not the case at all. They are pretty good size and cover my ears completely! They have great sound with gain, tone, and volume controls. I recommend these headphones for any bass players that might need to let the family watch television while jamming!

Comprare delle cuffie per suonarci il basso non è facile. Sono al terzo giro… Non ho mai trovato una soluzione decente che non fosse impastata e scura soprattutto sul mi. In questo caso devo ricredermi. Suono pulito, aperto e senza ronzii. Io le uso con un basso passivo Fender Jazz. Non ho provato con pickup attivi. Slap e dita molto buono. Il compressore funziona. Non ho provato con plettro ma dovrebbe essere bello aggressivo e aperto (come slap). Consigliate anche se non super economiche. Anche per ascolto musica non male. Ottima la funzione di ingresso di musica per suonarci sopra, tutto sommato il mix è pulito. Consigliate.

Le frequenze basse con queste cuffie sono piu'che ottime se le si utilizza in modalita' standby come normali cuffie;In modalita' on la qualita' del suono e' buona ma non eccellente, il suono del basso non e' molto definito e risulta un po' impastato,per cui bisogna agire sui toni delle cuffie, e del basso, per cercare di rendere il suono piu' nitido possibile,le regolazioni di volume tono e gain sulla cuffia risultano essere un po' scomode,ma usando il pollice ci si fa' l'abitudine.Ingresso aux per collegare smartphone, ipad,pc,per suonarci sopra su basi.Nel complesso il giudizio e' buono fanno il loro lavoro.Da consigliare!
