Bought the white iphone which was claimed to be in excellent condition. Unfortunately the battery life was not at the 80% minimum and there was a problem with the camera. I sent the phone back to them and they said they would repair it and send it back to me. This has been nearly three weeks ago and i have not heard anything from them. So they have my £200 i paid for it and the phone. This is the worst service i have ever received on Amazon. Also as they are a third party seller Amazon does not want to know about it, even though the seller is classified as on there supposed ‘approved seller list. Please be warned as i do not want anyone else going through all the hassle and trouble i have been through with this order.

I ordered red iPhone 12 128GB in excellent condition and arrived in 2 business days, already the screen and phone was in near perfect condition with nearly no scratches and I couldn’t find any smudges.The phone was powered off and was unlocked with 2 apps open, the settings and an app for testing the phone systems so I can already confirm it was tested for working condition.I have no negative comments except a few improvements such as factory reset the phone so it is “brand new” as this was a gift for someone. No worries though as I can factory reset it myself. I found the phone wrapped in bubble wrap twice fold. In addition, the charger cable and plug that came with the box was 3rd party design and the plug had 2 usb inputs. The charger cable was black and 3ft|1m. It strangely works without any difficulty so can’t complain.Overall this was a worthy purchase and good deal and can only hope they send the phone and charger in better protection or maybe send official charger and plug for future purchases from other customers. 👍

I have been bery pleased with my phone. It arrived earlier than expected, fully charged up and very simples to set up. I have had reconditioned phones before bit dont always arrive charged, even a clear case thrown in. Looks great no scratches like new.

Not a single crack not even of the back of it sadly cant show you though because my phone case is on it and can’t take it off. It’s very good, battery health is perfect. I love it!! and it’s not too small or too big at all. Definitely worth the money, Cameras good too!

This arrived 1 day late, and wasn’t much on tracking only that it had left. I was getting worried coz of all the negative comments but I’ve set it up, there’s not 1 mark or scratch anywhere on phone. Battery health is at 100 and it works a dream. Bargain for the price
