Yosemite Home Decor Peacock Poise II, Multicolor

Great color . Design and quality .

This item is pretty and I don’t regret the purchase; however, I am disappointed in the adhesive that was used to glue the canvas to the frame as it discolored the canvas, leaving a pale brown color on areas where the adhesive was applied. The affect is subtle but noticeable and definitely a quality concern.

Hanging on my family room wall

I purchased this to go over my white leather sofa & I absolutely love it. I have "peacock green" colored pillows on the sofa, and the colors complement perfectly. The linen background on the print eliminates the "fake fru fru" that peacock decor can sometimes reflect. I found some white/cream colored linen pillows to go with my "Peacock green" pillows. It came together beautifully!! I highly recommend this. I had ordered the partner picture "Poise I" with this but they were too large for the wall together, so I returned the other one. You may want to measure your wall 1st :).

Thankfully, despite the packaging having chunks torn out of it, the picture was not damaged at all and looked better than it does online.

The first one of these that I ordered was not damaged in shipment, it was defective...I had never seen such poor workmanship from Yosemite. I had also ordered the other matching poised peacock and it was the same poor workmanship. Every piece of art I have in my new home is a Yosemite. I received the replacement for the defective one and it had sharp places in the canvas where the nails from the frame were coming thru. Normally the frame of Yosemite art is made of real wood...these frames are made of cheap pressed wood. A 6 year old could have wrapped the canvas around the frames better. All my other pieces came with a certificate of authenticity...these are mass produced and made in China. Had I known this, I would not have ordered either of them. However, I kept them because my husband loved them because he loves peacocks. I am going to keep my eyes open for art work of peacocks to replace these eventually.

This picture is so much prettier than it appears on the site. The colors of the peacock are almost exactly the same as pictured, but the background colors are much richer. It seems to be very well made and was packed exceptionally well, without a lot of the annoying white foam panels that sellers seem to love so much. Very pleased with it and would give it ten stars if possible.

This is stunning, It delivered in perfect condition sooner than expected, and ready to hang right out of the box. The colors are spectacular, and I love the gold in the tail feathers. It makes me happy whenever I walk in my bedroom.
