I love this rack. I have a kitchen with very limited counter space, this helps solve that issue. I also have very limited storage for items such as a coffee maker, food processor, slow cooker, etc. The racks on this provide the needed space. Assembly was super easy and they included extra clamps so that was nice if one breaks. Everything can only fit one way so it really is foolproof. The cutting board is great quality, but I will still use an existing cutting board to prevent any damage. Bottom line, I'm delighted and would highly recommend this rack.

Almost. I needed a narrow shelf between the wood burning cook stove and a wall. This bakers rack, turned sideways is the perfect fit. I didn't need the tall portion next to the wall so I cut off some of the tubing. Now I have a little shelf under the cast iron frying pans hanging on the wall. The long narrow shelves are perfect for storing cases of empty mason jars.Perfect.

The layout of the product is great with a lot of convenient storage. The cutting board insert makes the unit look more polished. I do like the high shelf to put random small objects to remove clutter from my countertop. The top shelf is very wobbly with only two skinny rods supporting it. Anything on the top shelf needs to be light weight and you need to be ok with the wobbly feel of it. There is a small wall anchor that I highly recommend using (or buy a lager drywall anchor) to stabilize the upper shelf.

It stores a lot of items so that I can conveniently get them and store them creating space in a small kitchen, like pans, flour, brown sugar, rice, as well as small appliances , bread machine, mixer, fryers and so on

This rack looks narrow and small, but holds so much! Compared to my other racks, this one uses a much thinner metal bars, so you cannot mix/customize with other racks (it is still sturdy). The width is perfect for the job.Initially, I was reluctant to buy one as we already have a rack on wheel (like a cart). We have a decent size kitchen, but the counters are always taken over by all kind of stuff. It is especially annoying when baking. The amount of stuff that needed to be moved was like moving to a new house! Now, my counter is freed from our rice cooker, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, and cocotte. I like it how the microwave and toaster fitted side by side. Teas and kettle found a new home on the top shelf. The rest of the gadgets fit on third shelf. The bottom shelf is used for canned food, pasta, etc.

Super easy to install and it looks fantastic. I have received lots of compliments for this piece. I have a small kitchen with limited storage and this helps solve the space problem without making the room look tinier then it already is. I can confidently load the lower shelves with my heavy appliances and the high shelf is a great place to keep my orchids and mini cocottes. The hanging hooks work well to manage my utensil overflow though I am considering purchasing more. The wooden shelf is a thick slab of wood and adds a high-end touch to the unit though the one flaw is that it is not completely flat. It is not visibly noticeable, but there is a slight warp that lifts two corners diagonal from each other. It is easily fixed with felt pads. This unit's purpose is for storage: it is too short for my height of 5'5" to effectively use as a work station but it may work out for someone shorter. If Whitmore released a rack with a higher and deeper counter, I would gladly purchase it and use it as a work surface in my kitchen and repurpose this as a buffet in my dining area.

I bought this about two years ago in my last apartment and assembling it was kind of confusing but with a little common sense it was totally doable. It has held up SO well, especially considering it has been moved and reassembled TWICE. I use it to hold my kind of large microwave now and it holds up like a dream. I love the hooks it comes with and all the storage options I have now that I have it. I would highly recommend this to anybody. It also looks really cute and minimalist which is a plus. (:

I ended up ordering 2 of these because I was pretty happy with the first one I bought. I am about the least handiest person out there and I even got it together without too much trouble. It does the job and looks good. I recommend you buy some hooks to hang things on it too, not too big... small to medium size.
