Dynamic Discs Lucid Felon Disc Golf Fairway Driver

This is Dynamic Discs' version of an Innova Firebird, and technically it should feel the same. Like a meat hook utility disk that loves headwind. Sadly, even with champion-like lucid plastic, it just isn't overstable enough for me. Like every disc manufacturer, there is a variable range of stability in every disc. It's not a cut-and-dry process where each disc of a certain name flies the same. So -- I think the fade on this disc isn't quite a 4. More like a 2. This kind of thing has happened for me with Innova and Discraft and I'm not disappointed per se, I just have to either buy another Felon, or buy a Firebird, or some other manufacturer's speed 9 meat hook. Dynamic discs makes great discs, I just got a lemon on this one. I mean, I can't be positive unless I go to some extreme. But there's my subjective minus 1 star on the issue.

bought it for a friend of mine. He hit a birdie on the first hole he drove with it. I have 2 felons of my own and love them. Great disc for long hyser shots or long straight throws with a predictable fade. Breaks in fairly quick and will start to throw like an escape after a couple months.
