Nice fireplace. Not the easiest to put together, but once complete, it's a nice addition.

A beautiful way to add heat to our cozy cabin! I needed something that had a thermostat to control heat in our ma8n room. It works perfectly and keeps the room warm and cozy at a set temperature. It did take a significant amount of time to put together. However, the instructions were detailed and easy to follow.

I received this fire place with damage from the factory called for a replacement and now it had been lots in the mail. I canceled the order and cant get a refund . where is customer service????

Once assembled it’s study, classy, and cozy. Assembly is difficult, I did it alone but it took around 4 hours. Several chucks of wood broke off the unit- I glued them back on and used some touch up paint.

We really liked the look of this heater & assembly went well in July. Unfortunately, the heater started shutting off or tripping the breaker when we started to use it regularly in October/November (past the return window). Looks great, but worthless if you need a heater. We will be replacing ours with a propane stove for next winter, so we can have reliable heat.

Instructions were very clear and it took my husband and I 1-1/2 hours to assemble. Instructions were very clear and all parts were marked. I would very much recommend this fireplace to anyone who wants a nice addition to a family room, etc. As shown in the picture it is a good size, and the flame is attractive. Can't wait to decorate it!

We were impressed by the quality and how well everything fits together. You have to put it together but it well worth the effort. All of the pieces are labeled and fit well. It's very attractive and heats well. It has real life like flames that you can control. We're glad we got it.

I was a skeptic after reading reviews, but I gave this fireplace a chance. Glad I did. It’s such a wonderful addition to our living room. Looks so classy and upscale. Wasn’t the worst to put together…but definitely allow an hour or two.

Very nice fireplace but it was damaged and bent on the bottom of the actual unit when I received it. It wouldnt fit in the hole but I bent it in slightly and it fit.
