Sleeping Bear Farms star thistle honey is my absolute favorite, but this was my first time trying creamed honey and I really enjoyed it. I don't always consume a jar of regular honey before it crystalizes, so I like that this is precrystalized in a way that ensures tiny crystals, unlike when it happens over time sitting in my pantry.
