What is the best way to get the ink off my hands?

Wash with soap and warm water. However, this won’t get it all the way off. You’ll either have to be careful not to get it on your hands, or resign yourself to having inky hands. I prefer the latter!

what's the dry time on this? any bleed through on normal notebook paper?

It will bleed through normal notebook paper & feather. The dry time on Rhodia paper is quick.

Is this ink water based or water??

It is a medium rich green that is water based, so if you get the page you have written on wet, it will run. It's absolutely gorgeous.

Diamine Sherwood Green is not a dark green; it’s more of a bright, fresh, grass green. For a darker green, try Diamine Green Black. I’ve tried mixing a bit of both together and was pleased with the result.
