Q: Need size chart for Plus sizes.

I think this is what you're looking for: 1X = 16W 2X = 18/20W 3X = 22/24W 4X = 26/28W 5X = 30/32W. I've found this blouse fits well, I buy a 3X, because I wear a size 22. However, I find that the sleeves are almost too snug in the upper arm for me because I've got that flabby upper arm bat wing thing going on. Otherwise it fits very well. I'm 5'!!' tall and the blouse hits my upper hip, the length is about 27".

The XL is definitely not an 8. More like a 16 or 18. I returned mine for a size large. I wear size 12 and the large fits perfectly. Try a medium if you're a size 8.

Q: How long is this blouse? Is it 30 inches?

Just measured mine and from the point the front of the collar down the buttons to the hem is 25 1/4". With the cut of the blouse, I didn't know of a more accurate way to measure it. Hope this helps.

It is not petite, it is the Spanish equivalent. S/P is Small/Pequenas, L/G is Large/Grande etc.
