The best ever pickles. They do really good packaging for shipping nothing was broken.

These pickles are addictive! Not too sweet, a hint of dill and barely detectable garlic. Difficult to describe these pickles, except very GOOD!

My husband loves there pickles

I used to buy these pickles at a local supermarket. They have an outstanding flavor - kind of a real bump up from dill pickles. Everyone who comes to our house and tastes them wants to take a jar home with them. They don't taste like dill and they don't taste like sweet pickles but some great combination of the two with a little garlic added. For some reason, our local store quit carrying this brand and i haven't been able to find them anywhere within driving distance. So, I tried looking them up on my favorite on-line store, Amazon, and discovered I could get a whole case of these great pickles. Problem solved. With 6 jars, I could share them with family and perhaps a friend or two.I was worried that glass jars of this size and being packed, 6 jars to a box, might make it heavy enough to cause breakage during shipment. I have had bigger boxes from Amazon arrive with big dents and areas even missing from abuse. But no worries with the way these were packed. They are all tied together in a kind of heavy plastic wrap that keeps them from bouncing around. And the box is the right size to again keep them all in one place. So, I am highly satisfied that I found a reliable place to get these pickles. Once you try them, you won't want to go back to your everyday Dills or sweets.

I'm the outlier here as I'm not a fan of dill pickles that have a bit of sweetness to them. Freshly opened that comes through and I thought that my order of these had been a mistake. However I've had bottled sauerkraut that had a similar taste and I found that after opening and refrigerating for a few days that the sweet flavor mellows out, and that is what has happened with these. Still not as sour as I would like for garlic dill pickles, but not bad. I will be looking around to find something a bit more to my liking as I grew up with access to Polish and German foods made locally and favor the somewhat more sour flavor in dill pickles. Still not bad, but not what I'm looking for.

The absolute best pickles! Only wish they were sold in stores near me. Be careful on purchasing these in the winter months in cold climate. 3 of our jars were broken, and the remainder were frozen upon arrival at our doorstep. No change in taste or texture however once the remainder of the jars thawed.

Best pickles ever. Pricey and hard to find but they are worth every penny!
