Stunning favor and texture
All living things begin with an egg and many of these eggs are perfect for our table. This Salmon caviar has a near perfect blend of salt, umami, and texture that makes it a delight to eat. These are wonderful with curdled cream on a fresh blini or with creamy scrambled eggs. Overall, a great value for the price. Next time, I will order a larger size of these treasures.The jar of salmon is expertly wrapped in a thermal box to ensure it remains chilled during shipping. Cudos to the staff for their attention to detail.

Very good!
Added this to my salmon and dill cream cheese appetizer at Thanksgiving and it was a hit! Very mild and tasty- even got some people who have never tried caviar to eat it and they loved it. Will definitely buy again.

Fresh and tasty
Arrived today! There was still ice inside. Tastes very good and fresh, mildly salty.

Fresh but not inspiring
Fresh, very well packaged and quickly shipped. The salt level was moderate which is good. The eggs themselves were not separated but linked by a gooey gel, not bad tasting but not precise. Salmon flavor was mild. A mid-level product.
