Magic!
You push this and the poop disappears! The universal mount would not fit in our toilet, and this one exactly matched the OEM one which was probably 20 years old. Works great!

Original went 10 yrs. Bought 1 at Ace Hardware for 12.99. Piece of junk, went 2 nights and failed. New Toto part, fits right and works well.

It works best and I’ve tried the aftermarket handles. When it comes to a TOTO, don’t get anything else.

Improved product design.
I have replaced several of these over the years, but though the part number is the same as previous purchased, this one has an improved design. I believe this will last much longer than previous ones I've bought.In previous incarnations, the inside of the chrome handle eventually succumbs to the wear and tear, and then the handle gets stuck in the down position when you push it. Now the metal slot that the brass bar fits in has been reinforced with a much thicker sidewall, and an external rib to strengthen the part even further.I'm really pleased Toto recognized the issue and changed the design. Other companies would just continue to sell the same replacement part. Just one more reason to like Toto products.
