I love these chips. My daughter and her boyfriend love them, too. Great taste, some fiber, not a lot of fat and not too much salt. Seems like a healthy snack to me.

These crinkled sweet potato chips are almost as good as Jackson's Honest Sweet Potato Chips – but I’d probably choose Jackson’s if buying some again. The sweet potato flavor is detectable without being very strong, and they are crunchy and salted to a good level without being high in sodium (4% RDA). A serving (28 chips) provides 5% of your RDA for vitamin A and 11% of your fiber. Sweet potatoes are very good for you, with anti-inflammatory benefits, and also control of blood sugar. I like that they are made with expeller-pressed oil – conventional oil is heated during extraction and then of course heated again during cooking, generating a lot of free radicals.Besides the regular score, I’m giving them 4/5 green stars for social and environmental impact (more on that below).Sweet potatoes are generally a pretty sustainable crop (water, fertilizer, and pesticide needs; yield) depending on how they are grown – these are unfortunately not organic. Terra is made by Hain Celestial, who ranks pretty well for things like energy use, waste reduction, greenhouse gas emissions, etc. For example, 99% of the solid waste at Terra facilities is recycled. The bags themselves are the main downside of this product (like virtually all chips) although you can send them to Terracycle if you collect them as you go. Hain Haven’t published a CSR report since 2012 however - they deserve to lose a green star for lack of transparency if they don’t publish an updated report soon.

I've been eating these chips for about a year. I rated them 2 stars, because they are cut too thick - they are tough to bite through, and the wrong consistency. At first, I was really happy these chips existed. By bag #2, I started losing interest because they were hard to eat. I have 3 more bags, but I'm having a tough time getting up a desire to even open them. I've tried microwaving them and baking them (I really wanted these to work) to no avail, the texture and toughness didn't waver. My wife lost interest in these also.Pro's: The flavor is great, and the health benefits are great. Unfortunately, that isn't enough to get me to buy more of these.Utz just came out with their version of sweet potato chips, and the texture/thickness/crunch is perfect.

These are hands down the BEST sweet potato chips I have had the pleasure of sinking my teeth into!Everything is right about them...the thickness, the crinkle cut texture, the "crunch"...everything!The natural taste of the sweet potato really shines and these aren't noticeably saturated with oils and grease or tainted with fillers like some brands. Also, don't let the "sea salt" moniker fool you, these are only lightly salted, just enough to bring out the flavor.They are non-GMO and made with 3 simple ingredients: Sweet Potatoes, Oil (Canola and/or Safflower and/or Sunflower) and Sea Salt. They are much healthier than your average potato chip and far more satisfying!If you like sweet potatoes or sweet potato chips, you owe it to yourself to give these a try!Highly recommended.NOTE: These are often available at local grocery store chains for a much better price (check the healthy/organic sections)

These taste great! Trying to switch to a low-carb diet was difficult, especially with a lot of low-cal snacks being high in carbs. I got these to try as an alternative to regular potato chips or even the veggie chips I thought were not too bad for me (which aren't, unless you need to watch your carbs for insulin resistance or diabetic reasons.)A little sweeter than your average chip, but not too sweet. They are crunchy like the "kettle cooked" chips on the market now.
