Mason Jar Salt and Pepper Shaker - Clear Glass Green

These are exactly what I was looking for, great color and look go perfectly with a farmhouse kitchen style.

On the Mason Jar kick and I have been looking in stores for a set to match the kitchen. Love these.

These work really well as salt and pepper shakers. I have found they can hold other stuff too! They can be used for cinnamon, sugar, cumin, thyme, garlic salt, onion powder, sage, oregano, cocoa, baby powder, lemon pepper, chili powder, ground ginger, nutmeg, paprika, adobo seasoning, baharat spice blend, children’s tears, barbecue seasoning, Cajun seasoning, chipotle creole spice rub, garam masala, pumpkin pie spice, pepper spray, soy sauce powder, sriracha powder, taco seasoning, vinegar powder, zaatar spice, and others probably. I have only used them for salt and pepper. They are glass. The lids are included. With the lids off, they could be drinking receptacles for tiny people. That’s all.

These are VERY lightly tinted green, not anything close to the pictures online. I bought these instead of clear ones that were half the price because I thought the green was unique. But probably should have gone with the clear at the lower price because these are barely green. Other than that they are a good size for having by the stove and I like that the lid is easily removed so that I can dip a measuring spoon into the jar.

I read the size of the salt and pepper shakers, yet in my mind I thought they were a little beit larger. Not that it matters as they work very well next to my stove top. I like the way they release both salt and pepper and if I want, I can use on the kitchen table. I would like them to be a bit larger, but this still works well. They are attractive.

Bought because of the greenish antique look and the amount of contents it holds but the green tint is almost clear looking. So im giving it a 4 star review instead because the example picture is not truly accurate.
