This is the one to buy. Yes there are others that cost less but this one is the best. This adhesive holds up much better than the off brands.

I have used the Rocktape brand of Kinesiology tape for some yeears now....both the 2 inch and the 4 inch variety.....I have old knees and still love to play tennis so I tape my knees elbow and shoulder.....The tape give great stabilty and sort of holds things together and gives me a confident feeling as I move around the court.....I recomment ROcktape to anyone who wants to stay in the game.....but get used to telling everybody who sees you what the magical Rocktape is,,,,they all want to know....P Rowe

I've ordered this product at least a dozen times. It works well. The actual H2O version stands up to repeated showerings. I generally shower morning and night and I have had it last up to three days as long as you actually dry it immediately after a shower (press with a towel, hit with hairdryer, etc.). When it comes off, it does so with a minimum of residue. I highly recommend it.That said, three of those dozen times, I have received the wrong product. All three times I have received a non-H2O version of the product. It is easy to understand how this happens. The boxes appear to be exactly the same with just small text changes.The first time I received the wrong product, it didn't matter much because I'd been wanting to try it out, anyway. I found the regular Rock Tape to be much 'tackier' then the H2O. It leaves a lot more residue and doesn't stand up to water for more than a couple of showers. Sometimes not even one.The second time, I returned for the correct product.My current roll is also a bad shipment, but as I was moving the next day, I kept it instead of returning it. It is the Rock Tape Black w/ Logo. Thus far, it has been the worst for my purposes. The logo is screen printed using a kind of rubberized white ink. Think of white ink on black T-shirts and you will get the idea. It gives it completely different texture and stretch (not a deal-breaker, but different), and the ink literally retains the moisture under it making it harder to dry.My advice, if ordering from Amazon, is this: do not order it when you need it. Order it early so you have enough time to get the right product re-shipped once they ship you the wrong one.Otherwise, it is a good product and works as advertised.

Amazon cannot read labels, so even if you order and use H2O almost exclusively, such as I do; Amazon will just stick in the extra sticky black w/o the H20 clarification on the box.I am not one to mess about w returns, I don't have the time to waste. So, three stars cause Anazon refuses to pay attention to what they are packing.However, if you simply want wide, solid adhesion tape its fine, it's probly 4 stars; make sure you know how to cut your own pieces, shape edges, and really put effort into anchoring your ends and edges w RT or your gunna throw out alotta tape or go through alot of on skin trimming, fyi in general

I haven't used this tape for it's true purpose yet. However, I have a hand tattoo that must be covered up at work. I work in a hospital setting where I am constantly sanitizing my hands. This tape stays on through my whole entire eight hour shift and dries very quickly after washing my hands. It is the best thing I have found so far to cover up my tattoos. very comfortable and non-noticeable.

RockTape is tremendously better than KT Tape! Well, I guess if you're goal is to have tape that stays on for days and continues to perform its task, then it's the best! If you're looking for a tape that will last maybe a day or two, then go with KT tape, because this stuff will STICK! Be careful when removing it, though! Soak it in rubbing alcohol - it will take off skin if you don't.

I normally order the big 2" x 105', beige rolls (in regular and sensitive), but like the wider 4" tape occasionally for use across my lower back. So I ordered this one specifically for that extra width - 4 inch, instead of the "standard" 2 inch for that purpose. However, the box/roll I received was the 2 inch tape.Also, it seems thinner and more stretchy than the rock tape I have ordered over the past few years and, weirdly, sheds little pieces of the fibers. Not sure what happened with the incorrect size and the poor quality of this box/roll, but hoping it was just a fluke and not another company cutting corners for profit or something.
