All parts were accounted for. It was easy to install. Instructions are in English but it is jargon based. It is an intuitive process so trust your instincts if you don’t understand what it is saying. The box is heavy and the material seemed high quality and is staying in place.The manufacturer recommends putting a sealant in between the iron rods. I don’t have any, used flex seal clear. Works good. Will update with any problems.

This product works great and is a good value for the money. You definitely need to upgrade to the aluminum rollers for the cable guide. After approximately one month of use, the plastic rollers wore out. Decoded cable has already come apart but probably due to the plastic roller failure. I would suggest purchasing the aluminum cable rollers on Amazon for $17 to go with it! Also, there's no adjustment for cable tension or at least nothing easy

I bought this set to help me lift up the very heavy steel loading ramp / tailgate on my 7’ x 14’ side by side trailer. I’m a retired 70 year old engineer so I honestly thought I could improve on their mounting and cable routing. You can’t improve on what Gorilla invented and everyone else has copied. Save yourself a lot of time and aggravation and follow the instructions to the letter. There are a lot of You Tube videos on the installation if you have problems or just can’t figure it out. Once I installed them according to the instructions, they work perfectly. The ramp is easy to lift now and I can actually stop it in any position going up or down. I recommend this easy lift kit as long as you follow the included (but very basic) instructions.

Both cables broke inside & outside didn’t last at week

Few things to do before you attach to trailer: Follow all the instructions. When you attach to side rails use a nylon nut or apply locktite or they will vibrate loose. The cable attachment to the springs on min were defective and after 2 weeks of no use they separated at the spring requiring me to grind off the old and redo on both sides. I would but a cable clamp and add it before I assemble and bolt on. If it happens again I will have to come up with a better cable and clamp set up.
